James didn't know it until a few days before we left for Orlando but he was going to cash in all of our loose change for his vacation souvenirs. He also had a collection of his beloved dollars from the Tooth Fairy, from his Grandma, and from his Magic Show admissions :)
We headed to the bank with this large jar full of coins. It was great fun feeding the machine with all of the coins and watching the amount climb, climb, and climb! It was way more than we expected and I was careful to tuck most of it away in my purse but I did hand James TWO $20 bills and he was happy!
I bought him a cool, BIG BOY wallet at Target and he was ready!
Now to teach him about the value of money and control his spending!
