It was too hot to bake so I made ice cream!Chocolate Peanut Butter from the Perfect Scoop
It is very good! The peanut butter flavor was stronger than I thought it would be and I used dark chocolate cocoa instead of regular cocoa, and one other minor substitution, but yum.
